Returning unused stock

I've ordered too many tiles.

Would you take back unopened stock?

We can arrange a collection for unused stock at Mrs Stone Store.

The goods must be securely packed onto a pallet and our hauliers will return the goods to ourselves.

At this point we will assess the goods for resale ability & deduct the collection charge. The difference will then be refunded to you.

In the case of a small number of tiles to be returned, the haulage costs can sometimes outweigh the value of the refund.
